Ok so our pub for the evening was " The Weavers Mill " also part of the local Premier Inn. There were several bar staff on, clearly to accommodate for the restaurant as well as the bar. We opt for the Bar as per norm, Bar man was nice enough, patient whilst we decided on our drink and served us with a smile (crucial part of Public Relations), Was not impressed with the 4 vacant tables available as they were all cluttered with dishes, but were cleared soon enough :-/ . Lager was nice, glasses were clean, food was nice enough and served promptly enough also, and with a smile :-). Overall we were made very welcome by 1 member of Staff, We would certainly agree he was the gem of our visit "Stuart.... Thank you for your 1st class service" and I can honestly say we didn't stop at 2 drinks either :-! @sorehead.com
Overall we would recommend this place as welcoming especially for families as it has a play area to entertain the kids also.

Ok peeps, so we are  2 females, who explore pubs and restaurants b it home or away. We will normally have 2 drinks each and gauge the reception we get from the locals in that pub or restaurants as we r the unknown 2. We r both wives, mothers and best of friends but often looked on as 1 of the lads.If we are made welcome we certainly return to see how long it is b4 we gain recognition as a regular and will certainly sing praises of staff and the place so that Joe BLOG's will know where's welcoming
This my friends is going to b our diary of places we visit and if of course if we were made welcome :-)
